This role requires the right individual with that unique outgoing personality to make everyone feel welcomed and that is eager to respond to their immediate needs. This person is professional and displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to meet the needs of our clients. Specifically, your mission will be to be the voice of Burns Insurance with incoming phone calls and people coming through the door.


  • Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and Burns Insurance colleagues.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain complete and accurate files and input necessary data on the company‚Äôs agency management system.
  • Assist client with payments and billing issues
  • Execute daily job responsibilities, including responding to voice mail, email and client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain service standards as outlined in the procedure manual.
  • Maintain confidentiality requirements regarding insurance coverage.


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Ability to work in a positive team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible regular full-time or part-time work schedule.
