What It Takes to Succeed in This Role

We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience, and heart to make a meaningful impact. Here’s what will help you thrive as our Maintenance Manager:

  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma is essential, and a secondary degree in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field is highly valued—but above all, your willingness to learn and grow with us matters most.
  • Proven Expertise: With at least five years of experience in the maintenance field and three years in dairy plant operations, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team and help us tackle challenges head-on.
  • Technical Proficiency: Your exceptional command of tools like schematics software, Auto-CAD, PLC software, and HMI programs ensures you’re ready to meet the demands of this complex, ever-evolving role.
  • Leadership Excellence: You’re more than just a manager—you’re a leader who knows how to inspire, communicate, and collaborate at all levels, including senior management.
  • Operational Savvy: You’ve demonstrated the ability to navigate and manage complex operations across multiple departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to Quality: Having successfully completed Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Training, you’re equipped to uphold the highest standards in safety and compliance.
