Position
Performs all accounting activities within the individual division. This position is also responsible for all Human Resource functions for the store, including recruiting and onboarding, partnering directly with corporate Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains records according to Monroe Truck Equipment company policy, including AP, AR, payroll, and mainframe LBR (shop labor) system.
Responsible for all aspects of recruiting, including background checks, coordinating pre-employment physicals, and orientation/onboarding of new employees.
Works with other managers and supervisors to enforce policies/procedures and discipline issues
Maintains and posts current OSHA regulations and Federal postings
Plans, coordinates and manages employee engagement/activities.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Word processing, Spreadsheets, Accounting software, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Internet software, E-mail. Knowledge of Paycom HR software a plus.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Experience and/or knowledge in Osha safety standards a plus.
