Transaction Coordinator Job Description

  • Fielding calls during office hours & greeting/assisting customers & clients
  • Attending any/all office meetings and take any key notes during.
  • Ensuring that all documentations are complete and accurate prior to closing
  • Manage the dates and deadlines calendar for all transactions
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and clients to keep them updated on the status of their transaction
  • Coordinating showing requests, inspection requests, or appraisal requested
  • Confirm the closing details for each transaction, to include communicating with title companies, lenders, appraisers, and/or tradespeople involved in the process
  • Entering closing information into the office calendar
  • Entering new listings, creating spec sheets for properties, coordinating yard signs being placed/removed
  • Manage the office events calendar
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining files, data entry, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries
  • Assist with marketing and business development activities as needed Competencies
