Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and guidelines while effectively communicating with team members within the Sales Department.

 

Pay: Commensurate with experience 

$2000 Hiring Bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured.
  • Receives and researches customer complaints.
  • Maintains customer database.
  • Transmits pricing to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of products and production processes to assist with customer questions.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with management, sales, and other departments to solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree. (GED)
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
