Description: The Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate input of pricing data into our ERP system, drafting contracts in accordance with sales directives, monitoring daily CME market data, and efficiently managing allocation documents. This role will also involve providing essential support to the Vice President of Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, exhibit a high level of attention to detail, and maintain organizational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter pricing information into the company's ERP system.
• Draft contracts according to sales directives and ensure all terms are included.
• Monitor and input market data from daily CME markets.
• Create and manage allocation documents for sales and distribution purposes.
• Collaborate with various teams across the company to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Assist with sales data and analytical tasks, coordinating sales-related activities.
• Perform specific duties and responsibilities based on the VP's requirements and organizational needs.

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
• A combination of education and experience may be considered at Grassland’s discretion
