The City of Marshfield is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Helpdesk Assistant/Document Processor. The Helpdesk Assistant/Document Processor assists the IT Director in providing the most effective, cost-efficient technology services and support to the City. Roughly half of the time for the position is responsible for user support, training and documentation, network monitoring, hardware and software tracking, user handware replacement and other technology-related tasks as assigned. The other half of the time is responsible for scanning and indexing documents into the EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System). This position will work 16 hours per week.
