S.C. Swiderski, LLC., a privately held company, is recruiting for a newly created position of Accounting/HR Associate at our corporate office in Mosinee, Wisconsin. We are a fully integrated real estate, construction and property development firm and have a strong track record of identifying unique investment opportunities and initiating disciplined, value-added strategies and are positioned for growth. Swiderski LLC’s culture as part of the shared services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Receive and process all accounts receivables daily to include internal recording and depositing of daily cash deposits

  • Reconcile various G/L accounts as needed

  • Distribute mail throughout the organization and take to the post office as needed

  • Filing responsibilities for the Accounting and HR team as needed

  • Record all fuel receipts and file the fuel tax return annually

  • Assist the Accounts Payable Specialist with vouchering of accounts payable invoices and monthly payments

  • Create and maintain the lien waiver process

  • Manage the company clothing account

  • Order cleaning, disinfection, PPE and office supplies for the corporate office

  • Assist as the back-up for the Accounts Payable Specialist and HR Manager

  • Handle new hire orientation prep work and facilitate orientations as needed

  • Oversee the employee milestone award program

  • Assist HR with open enrollment and safety training as needed

  • Create ad hoc reports as needed

  • Act as a resource for the other departments as needed with regards to areas of specialty.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, tenants, vendors and others wishing to conduct business with us in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting or in lieu of post-secondary education, a minimum of 3 years’ experience

  • QuickBooks experience required

  • Microsoft Suite advanced user status

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Possess strong attention to detail abilities and the fortitude to maintain confidentiality, especially in times of stress or adversity

  • Possess the ability to maintain personal and company integrity at all times

  • Valid driver’s license
